Pros: Very clean, nice furbished, amazing location, strong wifi, comfortable bed, good heating, hot water, nice receptionist.

Cons: Unfortunately room is not soundproof. I could hear my neighbours TV and their arguing…

Great location

Pros: Great location. Very easy access to castle and an easy walk around the neighborhood. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Amazing place, couldn’t get closer to Trakai castle if you tried.

Pros: We got to hotel about 5 pm. Receptionist was amazing a true asset. We got upgraded and our stay was lovely.

Cons: Toilet seat was broken but that was a small minor inconvenience

Pros: Very good location with a romantic view of the lake. Tea-making facilities in the room and a bathroom in good condition. The hotel also has a SPA center (available by reservation) and a luxury pizzeria — everything you need for a perfect weekend!

Cons: One night our neighbors were drunk, we had to call the administrator and the police

Pros: Everything. Superb facilities, perfect spa & services, great staff, and couldn’t be in a better location in town.

Cons: We liked everything except the weather. Bring insect repellent if it’s not below zero.

Pros: We had a great experience at the hotel. Location-wise, you can't ask for any better. The view from the restaurant is stunning!! The staff was super friendly and attentive. We wish we could've stayed longer.
