Beautiful and chic place, delicious food

Pros: Beautiful and chic place, staff and facilities were great.

Cons: The only thing, that a month ago booked spa procedures, to go with my friend at the same time. A week before got email that the time was moved 15 min later, thinking okey, not a problem. But when we came to the spa they told us that the one procedure was moved, so now it’s 30min difference between. A bit sad when you try to plan things in advance and the spa just do things how its conveniet for them. Had dinner also booked so the unplanned massage move made us a bit short on time

Pros: Everything was exceptional! I would highly recommend to everyone who want to spend few days outside the city. I am sure it was not last stay and ready to repeat again and again!

Luxurious stay with hope to come back again

Pros: Everything! Very stylish buildings, exuisite room, restaurant design. Rooms with very luxurious furnites and beautifull design. Delicious food ir restaurant and superb breakfast with a lot of different high quality tastefull options

Cons: In the tein room theres was tooth brush and tea/coffe cups just for one person

Nice weekend stay at luxury lake hotel

Pros: Luxury hotel. Newly renovated. Comfortable room. Very nice restaurant and SPA. Very helpful staff.

Cons: To the 3rd floor rooms you have to go from the elevator to outdoor staircase. When it is cold, it is not very comfortable because you have to wear jacket to go to the restaurant from your room. Very strange solution. Same with the SPA, it is not in the main building. Apart from that, everything is perfect.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Esperanza Lake Resort. The facilities are beautifully designed, with a cozy and aesthetic atmosphere that feels both comfortable and serene. The peaceful surroundings make it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Breakfast was excellent, fresh, and plentiful — a great way to start the day. Overall, it’s a truly special spot that combines comfort, beauty, and tranquility.

Cons: The security at the gate was not welcoming; we were left waiting, unsure if we would even be let in, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. At reception, the staff could also provide more information and a warmer welcome — it didn’t feel like the polished service expected from a five-star resort. Interestingly, the restaurant staff were outstanding, setting a much higher standard in hospitality than the rest of the team. Overall, a peaceful and beautiful resort with great potential, but the guest experience could be elevated with better front-line hospitality.

Pros: Puikus pabėgimas savaitgaliui. Interjeras nuostabus, subtili ir apgalvota kiekviena detalė. Kambarys erdvus, patogi erdvi lova. Vonioje kosmetika nišinė (kaip ir pats viešbutis 🤍) Rekomenduojame barą - jame skanūs kokteiliai, maloni aplinka, skanūs užkandžiai. Spa zona - puikus aptarnavimas ir procedūrų parinkimas. Laimai - atskiras didelis Ačiū! Restorane maistas skanus. Grįšime vėl kai medžiai sužaliuos. Dėkojame.
