Pros: Mažas, bet jaukus butukas pačioje Kauno širdyje. Nuostabus vaizdas per langus į Laisvės alėją. Butas švarus ir tvarkingas. Virtuvėje viskas, ko tik gali prireikti ir net skalbimo mašina! Puiki nakvynės vieta trumpai viešnagei.

Cons: Vonios kambarys ilgisi atnaujinimo. Lova miegamajame labai girgžda, kaskart bandant verstis prižadindavau vaiką miegantį šalia.
