Pros: Location a few metres from the bus and railway stations. Very good breakfast. Comfy bed.

Cons: Staircases and corridors very cold.

Money saver

Pros: Needed to stay the night close to the central station. This hotel is rather basic but does the job. Inexpensive, superclose to the train and bus stations, the room was clean and very warm, even the bathroom was warm! Hot water came immediately. The bed was comfy. The room is small, but for one night stay it's OK. I had a quiet sleep. The construction work nearby went on even on Saturday morning, but they were doing some quiet woodwork so it didn't bother me at all. Friendly receptionists.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit under the lowest standard of good hygiene. The spaces between wall tiles had a bit of mold, and the sink had a rather disgusting rusty old tap that felt rough to the touch. Time to refurbish the wc. Generaly, the room was rather worn and had a not very fresh smell, like an old couch at granma's or something. But for an economy stay for one night, en route to another destination, it did the job, no problem.

Pros: I had a twin room at the end of the corridor. The beds are comfortable. There was a table and a chair that allowed me to work. Breakfast is good with a decent choice of food. Location is good near the railway station and the old town.

Cons: The room is overlooking the old town, but, unfortunately, the construction is underway and the view on the lower floors is obstructed. It would be great if there was a fridge in the room.

Pros: Easy check in and after check out left luggage service. I waited for night bus at lobby with WiFi was very good, breakfast so nice especially a cup of yogurt but limited sold out quickly

Pros: I like hotel Panorama very much , I am always staying in this hotel at least twice a year, when I am travelling home to Belarus.

Cons: Nothing to say ,all great, great service at the reception, amazing choice of food for breakfast! Best I ever met in Europe! 10 out of 10 ! Thank you very much to all stuff of this Hotel

Cons: It's very noisy in the rooms, the walls are thin

Pros: The hotel is a very affordable option in a great location (near touristic attractions, train station and cheap parking zones). The room was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The hours of checking in and checking out were really convenient. Food served at breakfast had enough variety and was good, the restaurant was also frequently cleaned after each guest.

Cons: The shower in the bathroom wasn't clean.
