I am happy

Pros: Breakfast, room and location were very good; it's just that my colleague reserved the room a week before me, and he got the same price with breakfast included, unlike me. So, the lesson is if you want to get a better price, you should book at least 4 weeks before arriving.

Pros: Clean, safe area right beside the old city walls. Easy access and reveptionist provided information re local restaurants.

Pros: The place is just outside the old town gate, very convenient. They have also kindly stored our luggage while we appreciated the remaining hours of the day in the city.

Cons: The hotel front desk closes at 20h, which I had not realized earlier. I wish the hotel had sent us the late check-in instructions sooner. We had let them know that we would arrive late. There was a problem with our roaming carrier and were unable to see the hotel message sent while we were in transit. So we stood there in the cold trying to figure it out. Luckily another couple came from dinner and kindly let us in.

Great central location and well planned and thought out room.

Pros: Everything. Very modern, carefully thought out every detail, such as hook for a coat, shoe horn or q-tips. Very nice and cozy. Was freezing down to -18 degrees outside, but warm inside.

Perfect stay at Moon Garden Hotel

Pros: We had an amazing time! The hotel staff was so attentive and kind, hats off! The breakfast was tasty and different every day, perfectly satisfying. The room was as expected, clean. Overall, it was a great stay!

Cons: The first night it was a bit cold in the room, but after notifying the reception, in 5 minutes they got us an extra heater. We appreciated it a lot!

Worth your money

Pros: The receptionist(10/02/2026) was very helpful, she even helped to book us a cab for our return. Both the receptionists were very friendly and helped us. Loved the breakfast.

Pros: A lovely, charming hotel with a beautiful design. I really liked the interior style and how comfortable and well-thought-out the room was. I’m very grateful for the early check-in and for the overall attentiveness of the staff — it truly made the stay more pleasant. Overall, a very nice place with a great atmosphere and caring service.

Cons: The breakfast is quite expensive, but the quality is good. Feels like if the price were a bit more accessible, more guests might choose this option. I rarely saw other guests having breakfast, so it doesn’t seem to be very popular at the moment.
