Pros: Great lokacation, very kind and helpful staff, clean and comfortable conditions.

Pros: The room was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I really appreciated the coffee and tea corner in the room. The staff was very nice and welcoming. During my stay, the temperatures dropped below −15 °C, yet the room remained comfortably warm, which I truly valued. The location was excellent — right on the edge of the historic city center, making everything easily walkable. Even though the hotel is on a busier street with public transport, I didn’t feel disturbed at all.

Cons: As a very small downside, the sidewalk in front of the hotel was quite slippery due to the winter weather, so I felt a bit worried about slipping.

Absolute recommendation!

Pros: Excellent location, well equipped, clean and quite room, lovely shower and fairly cheap priced for the city centre. Absolute recommendation!

Pros: It was clean, comfortable and in great location. Stuff was pretty nice. There is everything you need for a night inside the room.

Pros: My partner and I were travelling to celebrate both our birthdays. The hotel staff realised this and left us a lovely note and two boxes of chocolates in the room!

Good location

Pros: Good location not far from the train station in one direction and the old town in the other direction. Very big room with table, chairs and sofas. Very big bathroom.

Cons: Although there was an elevator, this was reached by a few steps, then after going up one floor, I had to go back down stairs one floor to my room, which was hard work with a large suitcase!

Really lovely place to stay in Vilnius

Pros: Very good location. Soundproofing is excellent. Spacious room and bathroom.

Cons: There are no glass doors in the shower.

Good downtown hotel with very favourable price value ratio

Pros: Location of the hotel is close to the city centre and major attractions. Railway and long distance and city bus stations are also very close. The hotel is clean and well equipped. I booked two single rooms but receieved one single and one double room with no surcharge.

Cons: Heating in the single room was not enough or we could not adjust it. Room walls are bit tiny, noises may be heard from the neighboring rooms. Furnitures are bit old and few things were broken. When we were there, it was snowing and snow was not cleaned in front of the hotel at all, therefore it was slippery, but it is totally common in Vilnius downtown.

Excellent choice of hotel, quality throughout my stay.

Pros: Booked as a single traveller, room was good size, tea/coffee making facilities were welcome. TV had various channels including English language, wi-fi available and secure. Bathroom and shower excellent including toiletries. Breakfast was excellent, choice, presentation and quality was very high standard. The location close to train station and old city is perfect. I used the spa facilities (which was an extra cost but he whirlpool bath and sauna was welcome when temperature outside in January 2026 was -13degC. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable 2-night stay.

Cons: Not a problem for me but the clothes rail only had 1 hanger, I am sure I could have asked for more but didn't need to. Stairway to breakfast room was circular (the building is very old and beautiful of course) and did not cause me a problem but might be an issue for others? I am sure you could have breakfast in the restaurant above if required.
