It was a great stay, my strong recommendation to try.

Pros: Friendly stuff, very good bed (bed linning), 3 pillows, water in the room, warm floor in the bathroom, delicious breakfast (birch juice was excellent).

Cons: A bit chilly in the room, but just because I didn’t check temperature in conditioning system.

Pros: I loved the hotel and Roberta and front of house staff were exceptional. the breakfast was varied and most enjoyable.

Cons: my room was too cool and I would have preferred to be able to turn on the radiator on manually.

Pros: Every single stay is just a pleasure to have accommodation there. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Room is very good to relax after long trip or walk in the city.

Cons: Maybe breakfast and coffee were just ok this time, it was better experience before. But it wasn't big problem for me.

Beautiful hotel! Would return again

Pros: Beautiful hotel, very central to everything. We travelled for Christmas markets and thought it was an ideal base. Great big spacious room with plenty space for our travel cot and a lovely clean bathroom with heated floors and a rain shower. Mini bar in room and water bottles replenished daily for free. Fab reception area with comfy seats, nice bar and lovely reception staff. We would stay again!

Cons: Unfortunately the spa was closed. Drinks at the bar were very expensive and my chosen wine not available. Our bedroom had no window but instead a balcony that had one outdoor seat so we both couldn’t sit out if we wanted and shutters we couldn’t open so no view.

Lovely , beautiful, excellent stay in the heart of city centre!

Pros: The location is perfect! The facilities & services are exceptional and the staff is very friendly. Would highly recommend it as a perfect stay in Vilnius.

Cons: Everything we liked , would have been even better if it had a swimming pool.
