Beautiful and exquisite place in the heart of the old town

Pros: Perfect place in a perfect location. I liked everything in the hotel. The rooms are huge, everything is sparkling clean, the design is unique and the service is great. The breakfast is very tasty and in a beautiful venue. There is also a beautiful winter garden and a leisure room with billiard, board games and book - it was a nice surprise.

Cons: The double bed was actually 2 single beds connected together, and the matrasses were too hard for me.

Pros: The check in was super. The wonderful manager was so nice and even upgraded my room. A warm friendly welcome and a wonderful stay, super location and very comfortable room and bed. Only sorry i couldn't stay longer. I will be back.

Pros: Wonderful hotel, Perfect location, service on the highest level by all means! The staff was very kind and made all passable efforts to make our staying most comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious. Definitely we will stay only at Stikliai hotel when we will visit Vilnius again.

Pros: We loved almost everything about our stay. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our private spa access. It made the experience feel special.

Cons: Nothing not to like. However the breakfast buffet could be improved upon and the waiters could be more attentive. But it's really not a deal breaker.

Pros: The location is perfect, building itself is old with rather posh interior which looks perfect. The stuff is nice and helpful, fixed a restaurant reservation issue with great diligence You feel really welcomed here Breakfast is perfect

Cons: Room itself might be a bit outdated but is very clean and has all the amenities
