Perfect location, good value for money, large room

Pros: Location was perfect with old town and Užupis right there. We had a very spacious room with kitchenette. Breakfast was nice, good selection of cold and hot dishes.

Cons: The overall style of the hotel is abit outdated. Breakfast coffee was not good.

Pros: Exterior interior - roomdesign was also very good - friendly and helpful personnel in the reception who go beyond to help you. Decent breakfast

Cons: Personel responsible for breakfast was the only rude person there. İ was there 10:15 and she told me many times 10:30 is the end / yes i know / and i was finished at 10:33 but nobody took anything away at that point so the reaction from her was pointless

Pros: Location and hotel grounds. Check-in staff member (Eglie?) was very considerate of my age and allocated me a ground floor room. This was sincerely appreciated.

Cons: Mattress was quite soft so not a very healthy option for my back.

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient area.

Pros: The hotel and grounds were lovely. The location was close to the old town and within walking distance of most of the main attractions we wanted to see. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas.

Cons: No issues at all during our stay, the check in took a while but otherwise no issues whatsoever.

Pros: Very good hotel in a historical building in Old Town. Spatious room, comfortable bed, very good breakfast. Restaurant in the hotel building. Welcoming staff.

Cons: Too expensive parking.

Pros: Receptionist was really professional, friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. We booked two superior double rooms and they were spacious and comfy. Location is super.

Cons: We visited during really cold weather and one of the rooms was a bit cold, but there was an extra heater available in the room and receptionist offered solutions when informed.

Stunning building...well located.

Pros: Fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable staff...really helpful and engaging. Stunning external building and well located. The room was a little dated and the plug sockets were only on one half of the room. It wouldn't allow my phone to charge, so had to buy an additional adapter.

Cons: Could have done with an additional member of staff at breakfast. Some of the food was replenished, but it might be advisable to get there early.

Great location, lovely staff and decent sized rooms

Pros: The rooms were a decent size with a good selection of toiletries. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect! Right next to the old town and only a 10 min drive from the airport. The complimentary prosecco and cakes were a lovely touch on New Year's Eve.

Cons: Our room was cold and the radiator was kicking out very little heat - we did ask reception for a heater which they provided for us and made our stay a lot more comfortable. The spa facilities were very small and could feel crowded. The pool was also very cold. I personally didn't think it was worth the extra 15 euros.
