Great place if you’re not to obesessed by having your room cleaned properly

Pros: Fantastic atmosphere, beautifully decorated hotel with a special charm. Located in walking distance to almost everything. Service at the front desk and in the breakfast room is excellent.

Cons: Room cleaning is random and lazy. They didn’t provide us with clean cups and glasses in our room during our four night stay. Just left the dirty ones plus coffee cups brought to the room after breakfast. For the two last days they didn’t even bother to make the bed.

A lovely cosy hotel

Pros: Hotel is beautiful and in a quiet location but also in the heart of the old town with easy access to restaurants and main attractions.. The room itself was warm and cosy and there were tea and coffee making facilities which were replenished regularly. Loved the view from our room! Room was cleaned daily. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast and everything was delicious and fresh.

Cons: Description of facilities included bathrobes but there were none in our room. It's a shame the breakfast room is not used as a bar in the evening. The bar is there, and there is plenty of wine and whiskey in the cabinets, which I was told can be ordered during breakfast! Would have been nice to have a nightcap on a cold winter's night. Staff were very attentive, maybe a bit too much sometimes during breakfast when crockery was cleared immediately. Maybe some guests expect that, but I thought it could be more relaxed.

Amazing cosy stay that felt like home.

Pros: I arrived earlier due to my flights and I had very warm welcoming from a girl at reception. She let me choose the room and let me check earlier and I really needed that as I was extremely tired after traveling - she should get a pay rise! She was very pleasant and lovely girl. I also liked that my room was cleaned when I was out and my pyjamas was hid under the blanket - I was really moved by this and I felt really looked after like it was my home. I loved the room and the style in the hotel. Also al staff was very attentive asking if I need anything which also was amazing. I would definitely recommend! I didn’t want to leave.
