Pros: Wondeeful hotel right in the center of the city. Clean, comfortable.

Very nice hotel comfortable, clean and in a great location

Pros: Excellent location, English speaking professional friendly staff, nice bar, fresh flowers and plants around hotel. Hotel kept very clean, comfortable and warm, rooms serviced daily, comfortable bed. If we visit again we'll stay at this hotel. Great check-in and check out times.

Cons: Unable to gain access to the swimming pool. Not able to comment on food because no meals taken at hotel.

Pros: Excellent Location site where you can easily access The Old town especially the Cathedral by an 8-10min walk. Vilnius is filled with Catholic Churches and good for pilgrimage where this hotel is one of the best to stay in as it is surrounded with a foot away churches. Supermarkets are easily accessible by a 5-10 min walk and restaurants are just outside the hotel. Vintage interiors and I love that we were provided connecting rooms as we travelled as a family. Breakfast is excellent with variety for meat and vegan lovers.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like is they have steps rather ramps so luggages can be a little challenging to move around coming from the reception desk to the ground floor. It heavily snowed the time we visited and the mats they used was soaking, so I feel that they may need to invest on Heavy rubber mats instead of the usual hotel carpeted mats.

Pros: Upon our arrival I emailed the hotel asking for a double or king size bed, not a twin bed, but they couldn't book that for me. When I arrived, my room was upgraded from the standard to business class because they couldn't get me a double bed. The intention to make a customer happy is very noticeable!

Cons: I think parking is very expensive for one night.

Staying in the centre of Vilnius

Pros: Centrally located, just a few steps away from the major attractions in Vilnius. Cosy rooms and nice breakfast.

Pros: Good location, large and comfortable room with a spacious bed

Cons: A lot of steps throughout a hotel, not convenient with a heavy luggage or a stroller. They do have a lift but to get to it and to your room you still have to use steps here and there and most of them have no ramp

Amazing

Pros: Big, comfortable room and exceptionally good breakfast. Location is amazing.

Cons: Sauna and the pool space - sauna is too small (max for 5 people). One sauna was not working (maybe that is the reason why the other one was so crowded).
