Pros: Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Pros: The matress, the pillows and the non stop hot water in the shower

Cons: The payment procedure. We had to scan our visa for pre aproproval and then we made the payment. The payment went through but the pre approval did not and we had to scan again our visa.

Cons: The bathroom door lock wasn't working in one room, which was inconvenient because it was just the two of us. And in the other room, which we took, everything was fine.

Pros: Very central location but still quite. Everything can be reached on foot. Groceries next to eat as also restaurants

Pros: The staff went out of their way (above and beyond what could be expected) to make my stay enjoyable (considering the refurbishment actions).

Cons: During this stay there were a lot of refurbishment actions, which had somewhat of an impact on my stay.

Cons: We were not advised about the hall / restaurant reconstruction. 25€ for a one day parking is way too much. Missing Smart TV
