Close to airport, comfortable stay and staff made me feel very welcomed and comfortable.

Pros: Staff were amazing and the food was out of this world. I’m very critical and love all types, but this was exceptional and very well priced.

Cons: I couldn’t find any faults for my needs

Pros: The location was close to the airport and a nice view from the window.

Cons: Room was a little tired, carpets were quite worn. Mattress was serviceable but could be improved.

Staff were so helpful even though I didn't see anyone.

Pros: There is not much I can tell as my flight was delayed and I reached the hotel just before midnight. I then had to leave at 7am to meet friends. The staff finish at 8pm so I didn't actually see member of staff, but they were amazingly helpful by keeping me informed of how to access the hotel and get my room key. The lobby and stairs looked really grand and clean, the room was very clean. They had a lovely breakfast all layed out in the restaurant, unfortunately I couldn't stop. It was only a 1.2 mile walk from the airport, with a lovely footpath all the way.

Cons: Having such a short stay. I would have liked to have tried the breakfast and had a look around this lovely place.

Pros: The hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and professional, they will try to help you in anything you need.

Cons: My only problem is there is no lift so could be a problem for the elderly or people with heavy suitcases, we had heavy suitcases but they stored them away for us.

Pros: This was my second stay and I enjoyed it again. Lovely breakfast, quiet room, comfortable bed.

Cons: The carpet in the room needs professional cleaning or replacing, otherwise all was very nice.

Pros: It was second time coming to this hotel. Love the place where is situated, not in the centre so there is no noise to rest, but close enough to gey by taxi for 4 euros in 10 min to city center, near airport. Stuff both times was amazing and really helpful. On the check out date we needed to leave before kitchen opens and because we paid for breakfast they prepared it for us day before. Room was big and clean. When coming back, going to this hotel again, really worth for the price.
