Pleasantly.

Pros: The place is amazing. Very comfortable, fancy rooms. The room has everything you need - toiletries, towels, slippers and bathrobe, coffee machine. Breakfast was nice too. Spa centre is really good - massage was amazing.

Cons: Bathrobes could be better quality. In order to go to the saunas you have to go out of the building.

Amazing staff, food and everything else.

Pros: Amazing food in the restaurant, including breakfast.

Cons: Everything was perfect, but if I had to pick something that could be improved it’s that the pillows were absolutely humongous, way too big for my liking, not great for the neck, but that might be my personal preference.

Nice experience and a getaway

Pros: Staff was amazing and Bingo night event. Good location and food experience in the restaurant. Stylish room with high ceilings

Cons: Pillows were not comfortable, SPA is in another building.

Overall a good hotel, though the spa didn’t quite meet expectations

Pros: Breakfast was very good. It’s not a buffet but à la carte, and you can order as many dishes as you like. But only once you finished the previous one. They also serve champagne.

Cons: The spa is really small… only two saunas and a Turkish bath. It was also very crowded. People were taking all the loungers but not actually using them.
