Pros: The spa area is quite small but nice and clean. Room was clean and modern. The breakfast was lovely. It's great you can bring your pet with you for additional cost.

Cons: The hotel only has 4 parking spots available at the back of the hotel so if you can't get a free spot there, you have to park wherever you find a free space (you look for it yourself) you can park at the front of the hotel, if you find a free space which isn't very comfortable.

We visit Birštonas quite often, and we will definitely return to the restaurant — but not to the hotel.

Pros: The hotel has a very good and convenient location. It is quite new and well maintained. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant served tasty food.

Cons: It is surprising that, despite being a new hotel, sound insulation between the rooms seems to have been completely overlooked. We felt as if we were sharing the same room with our neighbors.

Pros: The location is perfect, breakfast - delicious, spa zone - tiny, but cosy and comfort if not crowded (it wasn't crowded the time we were staying).

Cons: We have booked two rooms. One of them was perfect, but the other was tiny and the windows weren't able to open - that is a strong disadvantage.

Pros: Nice, comfortable hotel. Very very good and tasteful breakfast. Kind and very polite staff. Very good massage and spa procedures.

Good but not perfect

Pros: Small dog friendly hotel, with spa which is not big but still nice. Breakfast are fullfilling. The place of the hotel is in the city center but still not noisy. There is no dedicated parking but I found easily there to park. Staff is also very friendly. Hotel is well maintained, clean.

Cons: I missed small details such as: where to lounge more comfortable than a chair in spa. Second sauna was truly not hot enough. In rooms there was no hair conditioner or body balm. Food was not bad but still the cook needs to learn how to cook egg benedicts. So there are things which were a little bit dissapointing. I expect just better for the price.

Nice stay, great location, however paying over 100€ a night for a room is a bit overpriced.

Pros: Very modern rooms and facilities in general, amazing location, just a few minutes of walking from the centre.

Cons: One of the rooms we booked had a small, cozy balcony, but unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy it at all due to the large number of spiders and webs everywhere. It was quite unsettling. Around the entire building, there were spider webs and spiders that clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time, which left a poor impression. During breakfast, there was only one chef preparing orders, so we had to wait around 40 minutes for our food. This was particularly challenging as we were traveling with a baby and kids, making the wait even more difficult to manage. It really felt like the hotel was understaffed. The hotel does have a small spa area with a sauna, steam room, and a very small jacuzzi. While it’s a nice addition, it’s quite limited in size.

Pros: Everything in the hotel is new and modern, creating a fresh and comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had — served in three courses (starter, main, and dessert), with the freedom to choose each dish. The relaxing spa area was the perfect place to unwind and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and relaxation.

Pros: Very good breakfast of 3 meals, perfect location - in the centre of the city. A nice new hotel😊 We really enjoyed our stay here☺️

Perfect place for having rest

Pros: Very big bathroom, the room with big balcony and the breakfast was just perfect.
