Pros: Spa was very nice when there wasn’t a lot of people. My tip is to go to spa after breakfast, because then there are less people. Breakfast was very nice!

Cons: For me, they have very uncomfortable pillows and a conditioner system in room was very weird. But overall it was a very nice stay, thank you!

Pros: Location is perfect, very nice breakfast and spa area.

Cons: When having dinner, main course was served cold.

Pros: Great rooms, location (next to river), city centre 10-15 min by walk, nanny that you can leave your toddler safely with, swimming pool and saunas.

Wonderful hotel in the nature

Pros: Beautiful, modern hotel in wonderful surroundings. Yummy breakfast, beautiful rooms, nice swimming pool and sauna area. I also enjoyed that there were no keys, and that you entered the room by putting in code. Kids playroom was superb!

Cons: Very busy swimming area, and no place to put your towel if you were not lucky. I would add more hooks and maybe a shelf for towels as there is not enough space to put more lounge beds.

Overall amazing experience with great spa and breakfast. Worth to visit again.

Pros: The hotel itself is very stylish, and I thoroughly enjoyed the design and facilities. The rooms were comfortable, and I particularly liked the automatic lighting in the bathroom. The Spa area was very well maintained with a nice design, with a hot steam sauna and a quite hot regular sauna. I enjoyed SPA a lot. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices to select. Location is great - very close to the river and promenade.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that the pillows were too high for me; it was hard to sleep on such high pillows.

Relaxing Romantic runaway in this Hotel

Pros: Spa area was amazing very modern and calm. Breakfast also was very very good

Pros: I loved everything. It's very modern, amazing food, amazing spa area. nice interior, nice ambience. also the fact that there is a playroom for kids

Cons: key things that could be done better: 1. the hotel has quite modern climate management system. upon arrival to the room it was quite cold (maybe they can preheat? :) )... anyways - i immediately went to manually undo radiators... just to later find out that the radiators are controlled from the management panel.. maybe some instruction around that would be helpful. same also with the lights - we never managed to figure out how to turn on the bed lights or precisely the lights that we wanted to have 2. the playroom nanny during the weekend of Nov 29-30 was very weird. I mean I'm spending almost 1k for the weekend for the family here. and there she is, asking me if i knew that the playroom is not for free (there actually is a sign on the door) and that now it is 2.5h - if i take the kids out now, it will be cheaper as the hours are rounding somehow... she didnt click the whole vibe of the hotel and didnt fit in from this. 3. but generally i think it would be quite nice and logical if the playroom was actually for free :) - i think it is somewhat of a standard in such hotels, no?

Pros: Clean pleasant hotel, very well located,great spa,friendly team , especially Migle M the restaurant attendant!!!clean rooms and efficient cleaning team, friendly atmosphere. A gem in the forest!!!
