Pros: Amazing location, comfortable and clean. Restaurant very nice. Spa facilities best ones so far i have tried in Lithuania.

Cons: Not up to 5* standard. No tea or coffee in room which very weird for this kind of hotel ( can order to room from restaurant). Struggled to book spa appointments so probably best to book in advance

Great experience.

Pros: Staff was great, Spa is nice and clean. Room was spacious and overall great. Restaurant was fantastic both for dinner and breakfast.

Cons: Just a single hickup. The couch in the room was white and was stained by what looked to be chocolate. Everything else was very clean, and this just stood out.

Relaxing retreat.

Pros: Great Spa. Nice restaurant. Comfortable retreat from work.

A good place to stay for work and relax the day after.

Pros: Really friendly receptionist how waited on me when I was late. Nice big rooms! A lot of different saunas in the spa.

A great place for a relax stay especially on Monday with no crowds

Pros: Though we arrived a bit later than the check in normal hours they arranged a seamless entry for us. We booked a deluxe room which boasts a bath tub with salt ball and a stunning view. The breakfast was pretty good, though there was hardly anything beyond expectations with a bit limited veggie options. All in all a perfect stay. Also great to book from Sunday at a discounted price. Just perfect with next to no people.

Cons: I’d add humus and other veggie options and salads to make a bit healthier breakfast. And the coffee was good, but not any bug special.

Value for money

Pros: Wellness area, bar staff (tall, bald guy), location (away from everything, but close to town's).

Cons: Staff could be a little bit more customer oriented. I think I received just about for what I've paid, but keeping in mind that our room was downgraded, would've been nice to have someone on top to compensate. Breakfast was OK, but not great.

Great

Pros: We loved the space, the entire spa experience and the peacefulness and elegance of the place. Rooms we stayed were great size, clean and very cozy - and the bed... simply the best! I would like to know where to get this kind of bed and bedding, slept like a queen :)

Cons: Very disappointed with staff... First night greeted or not by the lady at the reception desk, which did not seem to be bothered too much about new guest. We did not feel welcome and to be honest at moments felt a bit uncomfortable. Not going to name specific names or matters but overall staff rating in our experience during our stay would be very low. That's the only disappointment we experienced, although we did not let it affect our stay.

Nice stay

Pros: The hotel was truly lovely, peaceful, and luxurious. The restaurant food was exceptional; I offer my highest compliments to the chef.

Cons: The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and spa, opened at 10:00 a.m, which we thought was very late and did not allow us sufficient time to fully enjoy them. Furthermore, the restaurant closed at 10:00 p.m., and we were the last to finish our dinner, feeling somewhat rushed. Our entire stay felt rather compressed due to the limited timeframe.
