A very pleasant and relaxing stay — we would be happy to return.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a family trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The spa area was a nice bonus, and overall the place felt cozy and well taken care of.

Cons: Nothing major to complain about. There were only a few small things that could be improved, but they didn’t affect our stay in any significant way.

Perfect runaway!!!

Pros: Super friendly staff!! Very polite, caring, thoughtful! Great location, close to the river. So you walk to the center is via river and you come back via town streets. A place is very calm.

Pros: It was amazing! Hotel is in perfect location, very calm and you can enjoy walking in the forest. I recommend the masseuse Audrone that did a wonderful massage!

Would recommend for cozy stay

Pros: Hotel is very nice, located at very beautiful place. Peace and quiet. No air conditioner but ventilator is available at the room. Small spa is available for the guests. Playground house for kids outside is very cool.

Cons: In summer the blankets are too warm One coffee machine and takes quite a while to wait in line

Nice spa/hotel in the woods.

Pros: Nice location in the woods next to Neman river. They also have SPA facilities, but we arrived closer to 10 PM, so it was closed already. The bar was also closed by 10 PM.

Cons: No big highways nearby. All roads are small inter-town or urban area roads. Long time to commute.

Pros: We had some problems with our rooms. Things happen :) but it was solved very fast and the staff was very helpful.

Cons: The only minus that we had was that two guys were partying for two nights. It was disturbing. You cannot predict these things but also when you come to a place like this, we expect to rest and have a quiet time, not drunk people shouting. Also the coffee at the restaurant was just awful and very expensive for what we got.

nice and quiet location, clean, with very nice and helpful staff and good catering facilities; good value for money.

Pros: calm and beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, good food, clean

Cons: Attic double room provides too little space on one side of the room because of the very low ceiling. The space would be ok as a single room, but for two people it isn’t comgortable enough.

Lovely stay in the pine forest, yet very close to Birštonas town centre

Pros: The single room was small, but had everything I needed for a nice relaxed stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was simple, but delicious, especially the second morning when we were able to order from the menu.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind
