Pros: Great value, amazing stuff, comfortable beds, good place, nice view through window, warm pool

Cons: Quite expensive dinner for the quality of it. You could eat in good restaurant for same price, while there is medium quality food/taste.

Overall the experience was fine.

Pros: The hotel was well decorated with Christmas decorations. The SPA area was fine, and breakfast was good with plenty of choices of food to select from. The room itself was very spacious.

Cons: The SPA was quite busy, and it was basically impossible to get into the Jacuzzi, as it was always crowded.

Not bad, but desperarly needs renovation

Pros: Good breakfast, kid's playroom in the restaurant and another near bar. Spacious room, unlimited pool access.

Cons: The building, room and pool area are very outdated, need renovation. Poor soundproof between rooms, lots of noise from the hall. Dressing room at the pool area was top dissappointment. Staff was not too friendly.

Nice SPA hotel for weekend

Pros: The room is large and nice. The armchairs are lovely. The breakfast is really good. They have saunas and a pool in the basement. It's nice to walk along the river nearby the hotel.

Cons: The pool is not large enough. There are only 3 saunas. The dinner must be reserved in advance, otherwise there could be no tables for you. Funny thing: the toilet seat in the room were mounted ridiculously high, my feet didn't touch the floor. WiFi stopped working often; I had to reconnect every time.

Pros: Amazing breakfast! Probably the best I had. It was spacious, clean, and the SPA was nice.

Cozy, spacious and with best views around

Pros: The location - in the forest , all green around. Friendly , helpful staff. Kids playrooms in very convenient places of the hotel. The room has big windows and You can see trees from Your bed. Loved the view. Wide selection of food for breakfast. Had a la carte dinner and it was very tasty. Even though spa area needs some upgrade, it was very warm and cozy. Pool water , jacuzzi , air temperature - very good temperature . Large windows with views of nature.

Cons: We got a room in an unrenovated part of the hotel . The room itself is nice and doesn't look bad . But the bathroom is very outdated . The biggest problem was with shower , cause it doesn't have any glass wall or smth . Water flowed literally everywhere . Like You're sitting on a toilet with Your feets in water . Overall the hotel is quite old , so the style of the surroundings and inside areas is outdated . It was not the first time visiting this hotel , so we knew how it is. Inner yard has a huge potential. It could be impressive if there would be flowers , perfect lawn, outdoor furniture . It needs more maintainance

The room service experience during dinner could benefit from some improvements

Pros: We had a wonderful family getaway and truly had it all — beautiful nature, tranquility, and a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. The check-in process was smooth and quick, thanks to the kind and professional staff at the reception. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the dinner we ordered was delicious with generous portions. The spa facilities were relaxing and well-equipped, and our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature.

Cons: The only thing that spoiled the mood during our stay was the experience with room service. When we ordered dinner from the hotel restaurant to our room, the staff member was quite rude and said, \

A very nice Spa Hotel. Treatment and meals were great let down by a few Niggles here & there.

Pros: Breakfast and evening meals were plentiful and with a wide variety of options. The Spa Services e.g. Massages & Beauty treatments situated in the Basement , were done by Professionals and although expensive , were of a High Standard. Bathrooms had Decent showers but towels had to stay damp for 3 days until changed , and the Heated Towel Rail in our room was not connected to an electricity supply , so couldn't be switched on the dry the towels. Also in the Basement there was a really nice swimming Pool and two circular Jacuzzi baths , but the latter were usually inundated with small children , so availability was somewhat limited. There was also a very hot Sauna. Free Tea & Coffee machines were available for breakfast , but strangely not switched on at Lunch times or for the Evening meal. Instead a Large water jug with a Tap was provided. I have to say that Most Hotel Staff were very helpful with General queries and spoke English well.

Cons: WiFi was a bit patchy at times and stingy little Paper sachets of shampoo & shower gel were meant to be put in the Bathroom on a daily basis , but were sometimes not replenished until Staff in Reception were made aware. A better system would have had Tamper proof locked glass bottles of shampoo and shower gel which is common practice in most hotels in the UK and on Cruise ships. For some strange reason Sub titles in English were unavailable on all the Channels on the Room's TV. No News channels were available either , but there was a wide choice of local Reality TV , and Music channels , plagued by endless Adverts. Maybe this was a deliberate Policy by the Management to discourage guests from staying too long in the Room , or use the TV ?
